Terms and conditions of use and sale
Provisional version. The publisher’s identity, the governing law, the mediator and the competent courts depend on the legal entity that publishes MoroView and will be published when it is formed: the highlighted fields are waiting for them. No sale is open.
Last updated: 30 September 2026. This is a translation of the French version, which prevails in case of discrepancy. These terms govern the use of the MoroView app and present the plans announced before sales open.
1. Purpose — MoroView is software, not content
MoroView (“the App”) is a media player published by [Publisher: legal name, legal form and share capital], [Registered office address] (“the Publisher”). The App lets users play streams and catalogues from their own sources (M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream accounts, XMLTV guides) and sync them across their devices.
The Publisher does not provide, host, recommend, list or resell any content, channel, playlist or provider subscription. The App contains no preconfigured source. The Publisher is not affiliated with any content provider. The Premium subscription unlocks features of the App only.
In the web version, some requests to the user’s sources go through a technical relay of the Publisher, described in the privacy policy.
2. Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password; it is reserved for adults. With the current versions of the App, the Publisher never receives the password in clear: it is used on the device to derive a vault key and a sign-in verifier. If the password is lost, the encrypted vault cannot be recovered, except with a recovery code created beforehand in the App where that feature is offered; otherwise, the user will have to enter their source credentials again. Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
Users undertake to connect to the App only sources to which they hold the necessary access rights, obtained from their provider, and to comply with the laws applicable in their country. It is prohibited:
- to use the App to access content without authorisation;
- to resell, rent, redistribute, bundle or present the App as “included” in a content or subscription offer;
- to circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, technical protection measures — the App offers no means to do so;
- to decompile, modify or create derivative versions of the App;
- to use codes, licences or “activations” obtained outside official channels, including the stores authorised to sell recharge codes once they open.
The Publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach, without prejudice to any other action.
4. Announced plans and prices
The plans below are an announcement: no payment is open and plan limits are not yet enforced in the App.

5. Announced ordering and payment
Payment is not open yet. The announced options are: monthly, yearly, or with a recharge code sold in stores. Time adds up; a change of plan is prorated. Monthly payment can be cancelled at any time. Payment providers and distribution channels will be specified when sales open.
6. Announced refund policy
Refund within 14 days — no questions asked. This announced policy will apply when sales open. No purchase is currently available. Refund requests will go to the Publisher’s contact address: [Verified contact email address].
7. Availability and changes
The Publisher endeavours to keep the account and sync service available, without any guarantee of absolute continuity. Local playback of your sources does not depend on this service. Features may change; a withdrawn Premium feature is replaced by an equivalent one or gives rise to a proportional refund of the current period.
8. Liability
The Publisher is not responsible for the content played by users, its legality, availability or quality, or for the relationship between users and their provider. Playback depends on formats, codecs, device and browser capabilities, and the network connection. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the sums paid for the current period.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Users can export their data and delete their account from within the App: how to do it.
10. Termination
Users can delete their account at any time from within the App; data is erased as described in the privacy policy. The Publisher may terminate an account in case of breach of article 3.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the following law: [Governing law: the publisher’s country], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence. In the event of a dispute, consumers may refer the matter to consumer mediation: [Consumer mediator]. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of [Competent courts: city of the registered office], subject to the same reservation.
